Rhyan Finch is an entrepreneur, investor, and business strategist who builds companies that scale, produce cash flow, and create real enterprise value.

Over the past two decades, Rhyan has started, scaled, and exited multiple businesses across real estate, franchising, lending, title, and business services. He is the founder of 1st Class Real Estate, a national brokerage and franchise system that has grown to over 1,000 agents and 100+ locations across the country, with 144 franchise units sold.

But Rhyan isn’t just a builder—he’s an operator who understands how to turn vision into structured, profitable execution.

He has launched and scaled companies through multiple market cycles, including building one of the top-producing real estate teams in his market, selling over 900 homes annually, and later exiting corporate brokerage locations for over $1.25 million. Along the way, he built vertically integrated businesses—including a national title company and a private lending platform—to control more of the transaction, increase margins, and create multiple income streams.

Today, Rhyan works with founders, operators, and investors who are serious about scaling. Through his consulting and advisory work, he partners with business owners to eliminate chaos, install systems, and build companies that grow without depending on the owner.
